These Terms and Conditions govern your use of driving instruction services provided by Cardigan Automatic Intensive. By booking a lesson, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking Lessons

• All lessons must be booked in advance by phone, email, or through our contact form
• Lessons are subject to instructor availability
• A valid provisional or full driving licence is required for all lessons
• Students must be at least 17 years old

2. Lesson Prices

• Single lessons: £38 per hour
• 10-hour package: £350 (must be used within 6 months)
• Prices are subject to change with notice

3. Payment Terms

• Single lessons: Payment is due immediately after each lesson
• Packages: Full payment required upfront before lessons begin
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
• Packages are non-refundable

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation with 48 hours notice
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged the full lesson fee
• No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee
• We reserve the right to cancel lessons due to instructor illness, vehicle issues, or severe weather
• If we cancel a lesson, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future lesson

5. Lesson Conduct

• Students must follow instructor directions at all times
• Students must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Students must wear appropriate footwear and bring glasses/contact lenses if required
• We reserve the right to terminate a lesson if safety is compromised
• Abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services

6. Vehicle and Equipment

• The vehicle remains the property of Cardigan Automatic Intensive
• Students are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse
• Smoking, vaping, eating, and drinking are not permitted in the vehicle

7. Insurance

• All vehicles are fully insured for driving tuition
• Students are covered by our insurance during lessons
• Insurance excess may apply in case of accidents caused by student negligence

8. Test Preparation

• We will recommend when you are ready for your driving test
• The final decision to take a test is yours
• We cannot guarantee test results
• Test booking and fees are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed

9. Liability

Cardigan Automatic Intensive accepts no liability for:

• Personal belongings left in the vehicle
• Test results or outcomes
• Delays or cancellations beyond our reasonable control

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and respond within 14 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
